クイーンズの考える英語力とは、「読む・書く・聞く・話す」の4つの力に加えて、
「コミュニケーション力（対人力）」と「寛容さ」の2つの力です。

対人力とは人と向かい合ってコミュニケーションをとることができる力であり、
フェイスtoフェイスの対話が維持できる力です。
臨機応変で柔軟な感性と態度があってはじめて、「聞く・話す」の力が発揮されます。

The ability to use English consists of 4 basic skills; reading, writing, listening and speaking.
However, we think two more skills are really essential; communication and tolerance towards other cultures.

Communication: A flexible attitude to keep a face-to-face conversation going.
Tolerance: The attitude to respect other cultures.?
